Donations to Goodwill Stores
Your donations truly make the difference in the lives of thousands of people with disabilities and barriers to employment! We try to make it easy for you to give. All of our store locations accept donations during business hours. (To be assured your donations are being used the way you intend, please DO NOT leave donations outside the stores after business hours; items may end up in the hands of thieves.) Unfortunately, we are not able to accept some items. View a list of items we cannot accept.
Goodwill Industries is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which means that you can deduct the fair market value value of all material donations you make to us from your federal income taxes. It is up to you to assign a value to your donations. Fair market value is considered to be the price a willing, informed buyer would pay for an item.

Vehicle Donations
Would you like a tax write off by donating a used car, truck, RV or boat? Goodwill’s Used Car program may be just what you are looking for.
The cars are checked for any mechanical problems and then sold on our LOCAL used car lot to families in need of a good used car at an affordable price. 100% of the sales price goes to fund our programs for Kansans with disabilities and disadvantages.
A charitable donation of a used vehicle not only demonstrates your belief in our mission, but may also give you a more tangible return in the form of a tax deduction.
We offer free towing services if your car is not in operating condition.
How do I donate my vehicle?

- Drop off your vehicle at our Goodwill Industries Used Cars location at 3636 N. Oliver.
